JRL Design, Inc. was established in 1998 and has developed into one of the Premiere  Design, Build and Remodel companies in the Delaware Valley.  National recognized, JRL Design, Inc. incorporates High Performance Techniques that addresses their customers Health, Comfort, Safety and Efficiency needs and desires.

James Lebair, President, Founder and Owner leads the JRL Design, Inc. Team in Design and Sales.  He has over 41 years of experience that  includes Commercial and Residential HVAC, General Construction and Design, Build and Remodeling.

James’ education includes a Graduate MBA Degree from Penn State University, certifications through ASHRAE and Carrier, Trane and York Corporations in HVAC  and Universal Design Certified Professional (UDCP) and Green Certified Professional (GCP) from NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry).
